Know Subhadra Yojana 2nd Installment Date
According to the government of Odisha, the 2nd Installment of Rs 5,000 will be released under the Subhadra Yojana on March 8, 2025 (International Women’s Day). Sources claimed on Sunday that this will benefit more than 18 lakh women. This is after the fourth phase of the first Installment distributed on February 8, 2025.
Benefits and features of Subhadra Yojana
- The Subhadra scheme, started in the state of Odisha, will be implemented in 30 states
- To apply for Subhadra Yojana, it is necessary to have some important documents like PAN card, Aadhar card, and your Aadhar card should be linked to the bank account, so that money can come to your account
- The age of the woman should be less than 21 and not more than 60 years

Subhadra Yojana Eligibility Criteria.
To avail the benefits of Subhadra Yojana, the woman must fulfil the following requirements.
- Must be a permanent resident of Odisha.
- Female applicants only.
- Age Eligibility:
- 21-60 years
- Date of birth should be between 02-07-1964 and 01-07-2003
- Document Options:
- NFSA and SFSS cardholders are eligible.
- Non-cardholders can apply if the annual income of the family is less than ₹2.5 lakh.
- Special Provisions:
- Women above 60 years of age during the scheme period (2024-2028) are eligible.
- Women in employment and outsourced employees are eligible.

- Exclusions Based on Government Schemes:
- Women who are receiving a monthly pension of ₹1,500 from any government scheme.
- Permanent or contract employees of the Central or State Governments.
- Age less than 21 years or more than 60 years as on July 2024 (for financial year 2024-25).
- Political and Institutional Exclusions
- Current or former Member of Parliament/Assembly:
- Income Tax Payers.
- Elected representatives of Urban Local Bodies or Panchayat Raj Institutions (excluding ward members and councillors).
- Asset-Based Exclusions:
- Families who own more than 5 acres of irrigated land or 10 acres of non-irrigated land.
- Owners of four-wheelers (excluding tractors, small trucks, and commercial vehicles).
Step by Step Subhadra Yojana Online Guide
- First of all, you have to visit the official website of Subhadra Yojana
- After visiting the official website of Subhadra Yojana, click on the login button
- After clicking on the login button, you will see 5 options: “Department Login”, “CSC Login”, MSK Login, Helpline Login and FV Login, You have to proceed by clicking on the “CSC Login” button.
- By clicking on “CSC Login”, you will reach the login screen, and then you have to proceed by clicking on the “Start Login” button.
- When you click on the “Start Login” button, you will reach the Digital Seva Connect page. There, you have to enter your login or email address and password as well as fill in the captcha before clicking on the “Sign In” option.
- After signing in, you will be directed to the Subhadra Yojana dashboard, where you will see two options: “Submit New Application” and “View Submitted Applications”. If you are applying for the scheme for the first time, then click on the “Submit New Application” button.
- When you click on the “Submit New Application” button, you will be redirected to the new application page where you will have to enter your Aadhaar card number and click on “Submit” to proceed.
- After entering your Aadhaar card number and clicking on the “Submit” button, you will be redirected to the “User Consent” page, where you will have to accept the “Agreement Policy”.
- Once you accept the “Agreement”, click on “Proceed to Verify e-KYC”.
- When you click on the “Verify e-KYC” button, you will see three options:
- Fingerprint – If you have a fingerprint scanner, you can use this option.
- Eye-Retina – The retina of your eye will be scanned.
- The easiest way is to choose the OTP option and complete the e-KYC quickly, but it is not available on the portal right now.
- Once your verification is complete, you will see the “Aadhaar e-KYC is complete” notification.
- If you are facing any problem in filling out the form, then you can also use the form provided by us.
- Keep in mind that you will also have to upload a physical form, which is known through the “Upload physical form” option.
- Once you have filled in all your information, below that, you will have to accept the “Privacy Policy”
- You can accept all the privacy policies at once by clicking on the “Select All” option given below.
- After accepting the consent, you have to enter your location in the input field and then click on the “Submit” button.
- After clicking on the submit button, a pop-up message will be displayed, which will have the option to “Preview the application”
- You will be able to see what you have entered in this form. If any information is wrong, then you can edit it before submitting.
- After clicking on the submit button, your application form is successfully submitted, and a message appears: “Congratulations, Application form has been successfully submitted.
